The Encounter

“What About Their Spirits?”

I wasn’t planning any of this.I was sitting in my car, waiting for a friend —
when the Lord asked me a question I’ll never forget:
“Men have places to refill their stomachs...
Refuel their cars...
Recharge their phones...
But what about their spirits?”
That question didn’t leave me. It became a burden. And that burden became a vision. But it wasn’t the first time He spoke.Years earlier, I had seen a vision —
a handkerchief, descending slowly from the heavens.
And I heard these words:“I am sending a Mantle upon the earth...
and I am tasking you to spread it.”
That was the beginning of everything.Today, that vision is becoming a structure.
A sacred altar — brick by brick.
“Build Me an altar of earth, and I will come to you there...”
— Exodus 20:24
Note:
When I use the word “men” in this vision, it’s not to speak of gender.
I’m simply repeating the exact words I heard from the Lord.
In that moment, “men” meant humanity — every heart, every soul, every seeker.
This vision is for everyone.

What are Mantle Homes?

Imagine a mother — her son is addicted to drugs.
She’s done everything she knows to do.
Now, she locks herself in a room — just her and God — praying, weeping, interceding... until heaven responds.
Imagine a young woman who hears God’s call,
but she’s surrounded by chaos.
She retreats to seek His face, to fast, to pray —
until her spirit finds clarity again.
Imagine a pastor whose heart is burning out.
He enters one room, one garden, one altar —
and walks out renewed, his soul restored.
Imagine a broken man with nothing left.
He steps in hopeless — and walks out with fire in his spirit.
That’s what Mantle Homes are.
Sacred retreats. Not hotels. Not churches.
But consecrated prayer rooms —
built for silence, intercession, and divine encounters.
Every Mantle Home gives believers space to:● Retreat from the noise of the world● Pray deeply and without distraction● Intercede for their families, cities, and nations● Be revived and hear God againEach facility includes:● 40 private, furnished prayer rooms● A central prayer hall for collective intercession● A landscaped prayer garden● Housing for staff and long-term volunteers● An administrative & hospitality center for spiritual oversightThis is not a movement for crowds.
It is an altar for the committed.
A fire that will keep burning long after we’re gone.
“This is what the Church forgot: building actual places for God, not just crowds. I had to sow.”
— A Minister

Where are Mantle Homes?

This is not just a national vision — it’s global.
But we’re starting where the fire is stirring first.
God is calling us to raise these altars across the earth,
but the first four Mantle Homes will rise in four key Nigerian cities — each one carrying a prophetic identity and purpose.
Zion – Abuja
A place of God's holy presence.
This is the first altar we're building — a 40-room sacred retreat in Nigeria’s capital.
Sinai – Lagos
A place of covenant and calling.
The city of commerce will become a ground for consecration.
Moriah – Enugu
A place of worship and sacrifice.
Where generations will lay down their fears and pick up fire.
Tabor – Port Harcourt
A place of divine encounter.
Where seekers and servants will be awakened again.
Each of these cities represents a gate into the nation:- Abuja (Zion) covers the North and Central
- Lagos (Sinai) anchors the West
- Enugu (Moriah) represents the East
- Port Harcourt (Tabor) burns in the South
Together, these altars will form a national intercessory grid —
a prophetic structure of fire across the land.
We’re beginning with Zion.
But the vision spans the whole nation — and will one day touch the world.

What We’re Building Now

The First Altar We’re Building Is Called Zion

We are beginning with the first altar: Mantle Homes – Zion
A 40-room sacred retreat in the city of Abuja — the capital of Nigeria, and a spiritual gateway into the North and center of the nation.
Zion will not be a hotel.
It will not be a church.
It will be a consecrated space — for intercession, revival, and encounter.
This altar will become the pattern,
the foundation stone for every other Mantle Home around the world.

BREAKDOWN
Zion will include:
● 40 private, soundproofed prayer rooms● A large, central prayer hall● A landscaped prayer garden● A full reception and administrative office● Housing for intercessors, staff, and volunteers● Furnishings, lighting, water, and generator backupWe’re not just drawing a plan.
By God’s grace — and with your help —
we are building this now.

Build With Us

We’ve broken down the construction cost of Mantle Homes – Zion to $249,000. That’s the physical structure — the walls, rooms, garden, and hall. But we are trusting God for $350,000.The extra $100,000 covers:● Land acquisition & legal fees
● Operational setup (furnishings, media, team mobilization)
● Launch sustainability (volunteer housing, equipment, logistics)
● A buffer of faith — to finish strong, even if prices shift or delays arise
This isn’t just a building. It’s the beginning of a prayer movement.
That’s why we’re preparing beyond the walls — and believing beyond the budget.
This is not a business.
It’s not a campaign.
It’s obedience —
the assignment to raise places where people will refuel their spirits and seek God again.

The Vision Bearer

The Man Behind the Mantle

I am Ephraim Effiong Jr.
The Vision Bearer
I’m not a public figure. I don’t run a ministry brand.
I’ve simply been called — to a life of prayer and prophetic obedience.
This mandate came when the Lord asked me:
“Where do men go to refuel their spirits?”
Years before that, I had seen a vision:
A handkerchief descending from heaven…
And I heard Him say:
“I am sending a Mantle upon the earth. And I am tasking you to spread it.”
That moment marked me.
Since then, I’ve obeyed — quietly, intentionally.
Today, I lead Mantle Global — a multi-task prophetic assignment.
